What You Learn in this Intermediate Course
Water Start in Both Directions
During this stage of the course, you will delve into the exciting world of intermediate kitesurfing, where we will teach you the necessary techniques to confidently navigate in both directions. Here, we will focus on perfecting your skills to move with dexterity both to the left and to the right, until you master the art of going back and forth smoothly on the water.
Upwind Riding
This phase of the course marks a turning point in your learning, as it equips you to return to the starting point without having to walk along the beach with the kite in the air. It’s the moment when you acquire the skills needed to be independent and rent on your own anywhere in the world
Transitions
Throughout this phase, we will focus on perfecting transitions, where you’ll learn to execute smooth changes of direction while continuing to navigate with the kite. Mastering these skills will allow you to progress with confidence and style in your kitesurfing practice.

How long does a kiteboarding lesson last?
Kitesurfing lessons typically last between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the course you choose. This time includes both on-land instruction and practice on the water.
Do I need previous experience in water sports to take kitesurfing lessons?
Previous experience in water sports is not necessary to take kitesurfing lessons. Our instructors are trained to teach people of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
What is the minimum age to participate in kitesurfing classes?
Thanks to the new kite designs, safety systems, and teaching methodologies, children can start at around 7 years old.
What do I need to bring for kitesurfing classes?
It is recommended to bring swimwear, sunscreen, drinking water, and comfortable clothing. All necessary kitesurfing equipment will be provided by the school.
Is the equipment important when taking the courses?
It is very important. We work with Duotone, one of the most prestigious brands in the market. We renew the equipment every year so that our students have state-of-the-art gear and offer them the following advantages:

What happens if the weather conditions are not suitable for kitesurfing lessons?
If the weather conditions are not suitable for safely conducting kitesurfing lessons, the school may reschedule the class for another day or provide a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy for kitesurfing lessons?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the circumstances. Typically, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson without penalty.
Is it a dangerous sport?
Like any sport, it has its risks; however, caution and our professional instructors minimize them.
