Yoga Paddle Lessons

The Yoga Paddle or SUP Yoga course consists of practicing different Hatha Yoga postures on the SUP table at sea. The course begins with a series of yoga stretches and yoga asanas on the beach as the “Saludo al Sol” as a warm up or warm up. There are some basic notions on how to use the SUP and the oar and we enter the water
