What You Learn in this Beginner Course
1st Day Kite Control + Safety System
An initial introduction to experience the feeling of flying the kite and see if you enjoy this sport. In this kitesurf course, you will learn to set up the equipment, assess and evaluate the beach area for practice, and learn to use the kite by controlling the flight zone. During the course, you will engage in a series of fun exercises to assimilate and handle the kite correctly. You will also learn to use all safety systems.
2nd Day Bodydrag
On the second day of the kiteboarding course, you’ll get into the water to practice body dragging, which involves being pulled and sliding through the water using the kite’s traction. It consists of various exercises where you’ll learn how to move in the water, different directions, and navigation. You’ll learn to generate power and acceleration with kite movement, move away from and return to the shore while controlling the kite with one hand, and how to retrieve the board and relaunch the kite from the water.
3rd Day Waterstart
The third day of kitesurfing course you will practice the water start, which is the start in the water with the board, through a few simple steps, you begin to lift yourself onto the board and slide over the water controlling the traction of the kite. With these exercises, you will learn to coordinate the correct movement of the kite, creating speed, correcting the position of the body to maintain balance on the board during navigation.

Kitesurfing lessons typically last between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the course you choose. This time includes both on-land instruction and practice on the water.
Do I need previous experience in water sports to take kitesurfing lessons?
Previous experience in water sports is not necessary to take kitesurfing lessons. Our instructors are trained to teach people of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
What is the minimum age to participate in kitesurfing classes?
Thanks to the new kite designs, safety systems, and teaching methodologies, children can start at around 7 years old.
What do I need to bring for kitesurfing classes?
It is recommended to bring swimwear, sunscreen, drinking water, and comfortable clothing. All necessary kitesurfing equipment will be provided by the school.

If the weather conditions are not suitable for safely conducting kitesurfing lessons, the school may reschedule the class for another day or provide a full refund.
