What You Learn in this Surf Course
st Day Surfing Introduction
In our introductory surfing course, we guarantee you a safe and fun experience while you learn the techniques to stand up on the board. The classes include dynamic and enjoyable exercises, as well as specific stretching, warming up, and breathing practices for surfing. In addition to the theoretical part about the equipment and surfing terms, we teach you how to enter the water with the board, maintain balance, and start gliding on the waves near the shore.
2º Day Stand Up! Mastering Balance
On the second day of the surf course, we teach you how to stand up on the board using the force of the wave and advanced paddling techniques. You’ll also practice paddling techniques in the water and learn to maintain balance while waiting for the wave. You’ll also understand the dynamics of the wave to glide more smoothly and perfect your posture on the board.
3rd Day Advancing in the Water: Essential Techniques
On the third day of the surf course, you will delve deeper into understanding the sea, including currents and wave formation. You will practice advanced techniques to quickly stand up on the board and to paddle efficiently to catch a wave. We will instruct you on how to reach and position yourself in the lineup, as well as the duck dive technique to pass through waves underwater. Additionally, you will receive personalized corrections in take-off and paddling technique.
