What requirements are needed to rent equipment?
Just as you need a driver's license to rent a car, to rent kiteboarding equipment you need to demonstrate that you are an independent kiteboarder capable of sailing upwind in both directions. This is essential to ensure your safety and the safety of other beach users.
Difference between paying a deposit and equipment insurance
When you rent equipment, you have 2 options: purchase equipment insurance and pay a deductible to cover potential damage, or pay a deposit that would be refunded upon return of the equipment in the same condition it was received. If the equipment has any damage, an amount corresponding to the damage would be deducted from the deposit.
Can I rent kiteboarding equipment for multiple days?
