No, our classes are designed for all levels , from beginners to advanced. Our instructors will tailor the lessons to your skill level.

Q: What is the minimum age to participate in surf classes?

Most of our classes are open to all ages, but we recommend that participants be at least 8 years old . Children younger than this may be accepted under certain conditions and supervision.

Q: How long does a surf class last?

Our standard classes typically last 2 hours . This includes time for warm-up, beach instruction, and water time.

What You Learn in this Surf Course

1st Day Surfing Introduction

In our introductory surfing course, we guarantee you a safe and fun experience while you learn the techniques to stand up on the board. The classes include dynamic and enjoyable exercises, as well as specific stretching, warming up, and breathing practices for surfing. In addition to the theoretical part about the equipment and surfing terms, we teach you how to enter the water with the board, maintain balance, and start gliding on the waves near the shore.

2º Day Stand Up! Mastering Balance

On the second day of the surf course, we teach you how to stand up on the board using the force of the wave and advanced paddling techniques. You’ll also practice paddling techniques in the water and learn to maintain balance while waiting for the wave. You’ll also understand the dynamics of the wave to glide more smoothly and perfect your posture on the board.

3rd Day Advancing in the Water: Essential Techniques

On the third day of the surf course, you will delve deeper into understanding the sea, including currents and wave formation. You will practice advanced techniques to quickly stand up on the board and to paddle efficiently to catch a wave. We will instruct you on how to reach and position yourself in the lineup, as well as the duck dive technique to pass through waves underwater. Additionally, you will receive personalized corrections in take-off and paddling technique.

  Ik heb 5 dagen semi-privé kitesurflessen gevolgd bij LazyKite en heb ontzettend genoten!

De instructies waren duidelijk en goed te begrijpen, waardoor ik met vertrouwen steeds meer kon leren. Afspraken worden netjes nagekomen en het enthousiasme en de passie van de instructeurs werken aanstekelijk. Ze weten je echt enthousiast te maken voor de sport!

  Una scuola di kitesurf eccezionale, che consiglio davvero a chiunque voglia avvicinarsi a questo sport o migliorare il proprio livello!

Alessandro, il proprietario, è una persona straordinaria: disponibile, professionale, sempre attento e capace di farti sentire subito a casa. Si percepiscono immediatamente la passione e la cura che mette in quello che fa.

Una menzione speciale va ad Aleksandra, un’istruttrice davvero SUPER! Preparatissima, paziente, coinvolgente e sempre sorridente. Riesce a trasmettere sicurezza, fiducia ed entusiasmo, rendendo ogni lezione non soltanto formativa, ma anche incredibilmente divertente. Una di quelle persone che fanno davvero la differenza!

L’ambiente è fantastico, l’organizzazione ottima e l’attenzione agli allievi impeccabile.

Non avrei potuto scegliere una scuola migliore per la mia esperienza a Tarifa. Mi sono divertito tantissimo e porto a casa un ricordo bellissimo, oltre alla voglia di tornare il prima possibile!

  Did accommodation and rental - all was smooth and Ale and the team were very approachable and in general were trying to help with anything - be in it kiting, Tarifa, what to do around.. Don’t expect replies on WA in 5 mins, but all works well and as said, the team is friendly, easy going and genuinely helpful. See you soon :)

Alessandro is incredibly kind, helpful, and well-organized, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He also helps with transportation, which makes everything even easier.   Very cool location and all the staff is amazing and very friendly. The lessons were very good and long. And we also went to different spots to go where the best wind was.
The accommodation was also good! In the center of Tarifa, it has everything you need, it’s clean and nice to be in the house with people that were taking lessons as well.

  Maravillosa experiencia con el wing foil, gente estupenda muy amables.No tenía ninguna experiencia con este tipo de deportes y me fue muy fácil aprender con ellos,sobre todo gracias al profesor Iván un chico estupendo que te lo hace entender todo más fácil.Volveré de nuevo para seguir aprendiendo ☺️
